What is the delivery time? Our products are shipped from our suppliers, and the estimated delivery time to Sweden is 14–21 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order has been dispatched.

How do I track my order? Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Click on the link to follow your delivery in real-time.

What does shipping cost? Free shipping on all orders over SEK 499. For orders under SEK 499, a shipping fee starting from SEK 59 will be added.

Can I return a product? Yes! We accept returns within 14 days of receipt. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Contact us at info@pasabay.se to initiate a return.

My products are damaged — what do I do? Contact us at info@pasabay.se with your order number and a photo of the damage, and we will resolve it as quickly as possible! 🎀
